How to Become a Member

1. Review the Legacy Society Enrollment Form with your Financial Advisor
2. Designate $10,000+ or 5% or more of your estate to Cedar Valley Catholic Schools or the system endowment
3. Submit the Legacy Society Enrollment Form the CVCS Advancement Office

InBaptism, Eucharist, andConfirmation, we are called to serve.These thoughts inspire a special and personalized opportunity at CedarValley Catholic Schools–the LegacySociety.Members of the Cedar Valley Catholic Schools Legacy Society have made gifts, or have made provision for future gifts, to memorialize God’s goodness to us.The Legacy Society provides a vehicle to thank and honor those remembering our schools in their plans after they have passed away.Bequests made through the LegacySociety create an infrastructure of support that makes our schools stronger, sustainable, and equipped to serve future generations of students.

Future Charitable Giving

The CVCS Legacy Society honors individuals and families who have made a planned gift or endowment gift to our school system.  The generosity and thoughtful planning of Legacy Society members are recognized in a variety of ways throughout the year. There are a variety of ways that you can leave a legacy gift to Cedar Valley Catholic Schools:

• Bequests

• Charitable Gift Annuity

• Charitable Life Insurance

• IRA Beneficiary

• Life Insurance Beneficiary

By including Cedar Valley Catholic Schools in your estate planning, you will help ensure a sound financial base for the school system for years to come, while potentially realizing income, and possibly estate, tax savings for you and your heirs.Cedar Valley Catholic Schools LegacySociety Members will be honored and recognized annually. It allows the school system to express gratitude and appreciation for your commitment of support. Your membership will serve as an inspiration to others; however, if you choose to remain anonymous we will honor that request.
